No waiver by Synergistic of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by us to assert a right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and our Privacy Notice constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Synergistic regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties regarding the Website.
